Smallwood Lock & Supply Recognized As A 2023 Small Business Superstar By Greater KC Chamber of Commerce
Smallwood Lock & Supply is proud to announce we have been officially recognized by the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce as a 2023 Small Business Superstar!
Superstar businesses are submitted for recognition by their customers and clients, or members of the community. They must meet the following criteria:
• Have fewer than 250 employees
• Be a for-profit business
• Be headquartered in Greater Kansas City
“Kansas City has a growing and vibrant business community, and it is an honor to be part of it and to earn this recognition. We are inspired by the companies and leaders we get to work with every day!” said Smallwood Lock & Supply President, Mike Smallwood.
Vicky Kulikov, the KC Chamber’s Small Business Director said, "These businesses have had to navigate yet another challenging year dealing with inflation, workforce issues, and more. But they’re still knocking it out of the park when it comes to their customers and the community. That’s why they’re Superstars, and why we are so honored to recognize them.” Small Business Superstars are part of the kickoff to the KC Chamber’s 2023 Small Business Celebration honoring businesses competing to be named Small Business of the Year. The Celebration is one of the largest of its kind in the nation, growing and honoring small businesses for more than 30 years.
