The standout feature is the new patent-pending button-less combination change process, which makes combination changes easier and faster — the combination is changed with just your control key, from the outside of the locker. Each lock includes five different pre-set combinations for a longer useful life, and standard key control is used for combination changes and allows quick supervisory access.

For reliable everyday performance, the 1653 uses springbolt action for convenient, automatic locking and boasts the longest fully retractable bolt. The new octagonal, stylish dial offers larger dial numbers and an easy grip, with a secure, easy-to-dial 3-digit combination. To simplify rollout and management, end-user registration and control charts are provided.
