The GKL The Hinge Doctor For Prison and Institutional Spring Hinges HA4D works like the normal Hinge Doctor, or you can use it with an adjustable wrench. Great for when you have close fitting trim that doesn't allow you to use the normal way. These are for the largest types of hinges, used on Institutional doors, Prisons and some larger spring hinges.

• You should measure across the knuckle of the hinge to make sure you’re using the right tool.
